| ProClosets.com Trade Membership Application Requirements: |

Provide 3 references from suppliers in the construction/home
improvement field that can confirm you as an active customer. |

Provide a current certificate of general liability insurance with an endorsement listing ProClosets.com as a certificate holder. The general liability coverage must be a minimum of $1,000,000 per each occurrence with a deductible no greater then $20,000. |

Maintain a minimum order level of at least $5000.00 in ProClosets.com
product within any given 12 month period.
